Integrated Combination Dissolved Air Flotation machine for All Kinds of Sewage Treatment Plant
1. Small footprint, low power consumption, easy operation and simple management.
3. Adopted the dedicated gas dissolution system, with advanced structure and gas dissolution efficiency over 90%. With multiple technologies and assure the super strong anti-clogging capabilities that other gas dissolution devices do not possess.
4. Adopted new type of dissolved gas release device, with high gas release rate and micro-bubbles average particle size only 15-30 microns.
5. Adopted chain plate scraper, operates smoothly and reliably with high scraping efficiency.
Air flotation is widely used in sewage treatment and water purification engineering. This device is suitable for:
1. Paper white water pulp recycling and clean water reuse.
2. Removal of various heavy metal ions.
3. Separation of refinery wastewater and oil pollution.
4. Removal of impurities from tannery wastewater.
5. Removal of chromaticity and impurities in printing and dyeing wastewater.
6. Solid-liquid separation for various biological treatments and biological mud film.
7. Sludge concentration (treatment capacity of 30% -50% of the equipment's capacity).
