1.When newly installing the brake master cylinder, carefully install the push rod into the groove of the piston, and pay attention to the coaxiality of the piston and the push rod. If it is a brake master cylinder with a booster, it is necessary to measure the empty depth of the front chamber piston ejector rod before replacement, and it can only be replaced when it is consistent with the old brake master cylinder;
2.After replacing the new auto brake master cylinder, the original brake fluid must be completely drained, and new qualified brake fluid of the same specification must be replaced. Try not to mix old and new or different grades, otherwise the brake master cylinder will be damaged;
3.Add an appropriate amount of brake fluid to the oil cup, step on the brake pedal, about 2/3 of the stroke, and go back and forth several times, with an interval of 5 seconds each time (depending on the situation, it can be adjusted according to work experience), try to make the inner cavity of the brake master cylinder full of brake fluid Oil, for cars this can be regulated by a sub-pump;
4.When connecting the brake master cylinder pressure pipeline (please check whether the brake oil pipe connector and master cylinder outlet thread specifications are consistent), you must check the seal between the brake master cylinder and the connecting oil pipe joint;
5.Step on the brake pedal several times, with an interval of 5 seconds each time (it can be appropriate according to work experience), and exhaust the air in the pump at the bleed screw of the brake master cylinder and the brake slave cylinder until no air bubbles come out. There is no bleed screw on the pump, and the air can be exhausted on the sub-pump);
6.Adjust the clearance of the brake pads and drums and the stroke of the brake master cylinder and wheel cylinder, and add an appropriate amount of brake oil in the oil cup;
It can only be driven after debugging the performance of the brake master cylinder and the connection of the oil pipe. Be sure to operate safely and rationally, maintain in time, and reduce unnecessary maintenance costs.
